How did your journey with Atiba begin?
I’ve been connected to Atiba for many years, initially serving as outside counsel. It wasn’t until July 2019 that I formally took on the role of Chief Legal Counsel and Chief Strategy Officer. Let’s just say it’s been an exciting ride ever since!

What keeps you motivated each day?
What has sparked my enthusiasm at Atiba is the dynamic challenges that come my way every day. Having spent years in law, where routine is the norm, the variety here is refreshing. It’s not every day you find a company with nearly 30 years under its belt that’s still pushing the envelope and growing. It’s that blend of stability and innovation that keeps me engaged.
What’s something unexpected about your personal life?
Not many people know this, but between July 2013 and July 2014, I undertook a personal challenge—completing 52 triathlons in as many weeks. We did it as a family: my wife, our newborn, and me, all packed snugly in a motorhome. It was an adventure to remember!
Are you known for any culinary expertise?
Word on the street is that my Bananas Foster is a “can’t miss.” I find joy in transforming simple ingredients into something impressive. Cooking becomes a metaphor for many things in life, including business—sometimes it’s the basics done right that bring the most satisfaction.
Are you an early bird or night owl?
I’m definitely an early bird. By the time 8:30 PM rolls around, I’ve usually hit my limit. Mornings are my refuge—a time I reserve for exercise and planning, setting the tone for the rest of my day.
