Clients come to us for tech solutions, not textbook ideals. We want individuals who put a client’s goals ahead of their preferences – and recognize when to think long-term or short-term. When to get fancy or keep it simple and when to start from scratch or add a band-aid.
We look for independent workers who get things done, identify solutions, plan and estimate work and then execute on it. We pay attention to budgets and time; know when to research and ask for help without anyone looking over their shoulder.
We admit our mistakes and learn from them – and never berate a colleague for lack of knowledge or for asking questions. We help each other out, even when we differ on details, and agree we are going to do what is best for our clients.
We are not just coders, project managers or designers – we are consultants. We dig deep to solve problems and proactively communicate when we spot trouble ahead. We find creative, cost saving solutions with the client’s value being paramount.
