Network Support Technician

The Network Support Technician is responsible for delivering network support solutions to our clients through troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining IT hardware and software on a myriad of IT systems ranging from personal computers to cloud services. This role is an anchor role for our clients through troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining IT hardware and software, while accepting escalated trouble tickets from the help desk and assisting with help desk operations, including handling T1-T3 tickets. When combined with clear, timely communication skills with our clients, this role makes a remarkable difference in their lives. What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of IT support experience or equivalent work experience
  • Successful completion of a drug and background screen

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of IT support experience
  • Associates/Bachelors in related IT field
  • CompTIA Network + Certified
  • CompTIA A+ Certified
  • CCNA Certified
  • Microsoft Associate-level Certifications
